In general, there are no items available at WolfTrance Design that is shipped. However, if you would like a hard copy of your custom web site or template, please let us know via your order or the contact page. With each hard copy request there is a $5.00 charge for US residents and a 10.00 charge for international residents.
Returns are also not an option on this site as all items here are intangible. There is just no way of knowing if once a product is delivered it will not be used.
With that said, if a custom design of any kind is ordered and the purchaser decides to no longer continue service and no form of product has been delivered, 50% of the purchase price will be returned.
